Create a Fund

Before You Start

Have these items ready:

  • fund and legal entity details;
  • minimum investment and starting price per share;
  • access to the fund wallet owner's email;
  • a fund token icon.

Steps

  1. Sign in to Tahoe.
  2. Open Funds and select Create Fund.
  3. Enter the fund name, ticker, legal name, desired launch date, minimum investment, starting price per share, and any other fund notes to share with investors.
  4. Select Create Fund. Tahoe creates the fund as a draft and opens its detail page.
  5. Wait for Tahoe to send a six-digit code to the fund wallet owner's email. Enter the code and select Verify Code. Keep the page open while the wallet is activated.
  6. In Publish Readiness, select Upload token icon and upload the fund token icon.
  7. Wait until Vault setup is complete. Tahoe refreshes the readiness checks automatically.
  8. When the page shows Ready to publish, select Publish.

The fund is now published and available on the public offers page.
